Hey guys, I need few words of encouragement I guess. My weight loss has slowed down from 1kg a week to maybe half a kg to sometimes nothing. That's OK but my goal date to lose the weight seems to be getting longer and longer. I have an app that estimates how long it will take to reach your goal weight by how your doing so far. To begin with i was ahead and it estimated November. Now looked and its in February next year. Just feel a little cheated which is weird. Like ive committed to something and now my reward has been moved further away. Ive recently upped my exercise to try get back on track, just sore and tired and really want to reach my goal.

Half a keg a week is actually a fair amount of weight to lose! You should be proud of that if you do that each week! Something to keep in the back of your mind for those darker times - a week of no loss is better than a week of gain!

Remember this too, every now and again you may take a step backwards, at the end though, your success will be judged by how you overcame those setbacks - and those will be the moments you will be the proudest of.

Keep going forward - estimates are just that, estimates. Stick to your nutrition plan, stick to your training goals and keep pushing forward. You WILL get there.

Estimations are just yet, don't set targets for a process that cannot be scheduled. Aim for a half a lb a week loss (0.23 kg), if you manage that - you're doing great. If you don't, don't panic, give it another week and if still no further progress, consider making a small change, like a drop in calories of 50-100.

You need to change your view point. Your goal should be to maintain a healthy life. There is no end date for that. This is a life long commitment. So it doesn't matter how long it takes you to get to the weight where you can switch over to maintaining.

Well you can't, so you either be patient or you just get fed up. Your call.
