Max 30

I'm starting insanity max 30 today. Has anyone had much success with this one?

    I'm on month 2. I have decided that Shaun T sucks worse than Jillian Michaels which I didn't know was possible. I found that it was fun and I hated it and loved it all at the same time. My weight hasn't changed at all but my measurements have. I now have muscle where before it was just flab. Give it a shot, what have you got to lose?

    Loved this program even more than original Insanity. I've done two rounds of it....my cardio fitness is up, I'm stronger have lost inches around my waist (my problem area). I loved that this program has a modifier and you have the option of having the modifier on screen at all times.

    I have a love hate relationship with Max 30 the second month is very hard. Just try to do every move till you get it.

    I just completed it. I loved it. As soon as my body recuperates I am going to do another round. I got really for cardio wise also for the first time strong abs .
    It is a killer especially maxout sweat in month 2 , you will be begging for the sweet release of death :wink:
    Only lost a few pounds though

    I've done the full Max 30 program before and continue to do one of the workouts a week now. It's a great program that has helped me stay in shape. When you start it just go at your own pace and Max Out when you need to.
