If i weigh 187 and have lost roughly 50lbs by dieting and lifting weights.. What is the next step to start getting "cut" and "ripped"? I have been lifting for about 6 months 6 days a week

lift less days per week (rest more)
lift heavier
re-adjust your TDEE for your new weight
increase your protein goal
and most importantly keep on lifting brother, enjoy the journey0 -
Thanks alot.... What about my calorie intake? Should I be eating more? Or less? The fitness pal goal says 2100 per day. And I have been doing cardio as well0

man if you are still making progress then no reason to change that up, you know?
you can try plugging your new weight into your stats and see if the goals change
just make sure to get around 0.8g protein per lb of bodyweight per day (minimum)0 -
Whats your bf %0
