Hi guys, I need an exercise video for days I don't feel like venturing to the gym. Any recommendations?

That all depends on your goals, amount of time you have and preferences! I am a workout dvd QUEEN so if you'd like, friend me and I'll see if I can help narrow it down for you! :D

I can use YouTube. The only ones I've tried lately was 30 day shred by Jillian michaels. I wanted to like it but just don't

I am using XTFMax, which I call the poor girl's version of P90. I am in week 6 and love it. I haven't been temped to skip at all. In all of her videos she has 4 levels of the exercise so you can pick where you need to be and push yourself up a level if you're feeling up to a challenge. I got it on Amazon for about $40.

A couple of websites to help you figure things out

    collagevideo.com

    totalfitnessdvds.com

These sites sell hundreds of workout DVD titles. There are video clips and reviews. Like PinkCoconut said, it really depends upon what you like to do.

One of my favorite instructors is Kelly Coffey Meyer. She's not a TV personality.....she comes off as genuine (to me). She has a lot of variety.....kickboxing, weights, step, circuit, etc.

I was lucky to try dozens of workout DVDs (Netflix by mail). This helped me figure out what my pet peeves are. For example: Jillian & Bob stand around & mug for the camera (ugh)....but other people like their videos. WHat bugs me may not bug you.

Check you local library....see if you can't test drive some first.

Fitness Blender (I have yet to try the hard stuff but I love even their stretching!)

Leslie Sansone-Walk away the pounds-simple but it was recommended to me and I like it (youtube)

    Zumba 30 minute beginner (youtube)

    Tae Bo-beginner (youtube)

I'm looking for variety of things to look up and do. I'm not into something super difficult yet but maybe in the future.

Someone else recommended Blogilates (youtube or web?) but I have yet to try it yet.

Fitness Blender is awesome. Been using their workouts for over a year, no boredom or monotony whatsoever. They have over 400 free videos, and put out new ones all the time. They also have 4-8 week programs for a small fee if you want to go with things all planned out.

Good stuff - check 'em out. Huge variety - length, body focus, fitness level, type of exercise, etc - everything from strength to HIIT to yoga.

This is the one I try and like. It's not too hard but I like how I can see her in the mirror. Other videos I always do the opposite of what I'm supposed to do, lol.

I have been doing this one on youtube. Can you tell me what other ones might be good or what they might be called so I can search for it? :)
