Hi! I'm Diane. I joined a few months ago to track my food. Worked well in the beginning and now I seem to need a little more motivation. My goals are to tone and to become healthier as I get older, which is not as easy as it used to be. I am working out 2-3 days per week and trying hard to have better balance in regards to my macro nutrients. Would be great to have some friends with like minded goals.
