love deadlifts and squats for sure, squat because of all the amount of variation with little change in rack/equipment.

Probably squats. I had no *kitten* to speak of when I started CF two years ago. My hip measurement is now 2 inches large. Gainz.

I'm fairly partial to a lateral dumbbell raise for those deltoid gains.

Snatches, there's just something about being able to pull weight from the ground to overhead in one smooth move that I love. Deads are a close second though because the thought of being able to pick up two of me at the same time makes me feel totally bada**.

Bench is my favorite, even though the squat is my best lift pound for pound. I enjoy the deadlift, but it's not very good (basically the same as my squat).

Right now I am really in to wide grip pull-ups. Shrugs are always fun too!

    :kissing_heart:

I like hip thrusts, especially while making eye contact and grunting loudly.

But I gotta give my vote to deadlifts. They make me feel big and strong.

I'm a loner and I like it that way. Most stuff I can do on my own by watching videos and starting light, but I'm too afraid to try snatches without a trainer. Pretty sure I would hurt someone. Maybe someday.

I just can't bring myself to like barbell rows. I do them begrudgingly though...

Hmmm, Dead-lifts first and then Bench Presses. I'm at 200 and 100 respectively. It's coming along nicely as are my callouses.
