Just introducing my self

Greetings good people. I'm just trying to use all available tools to help me meet my fitness and health goals. I'm going to loose 60 pounds. that is one of my goals. then maintain a healthy weight, keeping hard earned muscle, while keeping fat to a minimum. During the process, I will be detoxing as well. I hope to inspire and to be inspired by you guys. This fit life can sometimes feel like a lonely road to travel. I look forward to meeting others on the same path. Much success to us all

    Feel free to add me Rio. Motivation is a great tool in the weight loss journey. I don't have much in my 'real life' so it's nice to be able to talk and post struggles and successes with others who are also trying to be healthier!
