Mine is 80, I'm female, 32 years old, 5'3, 114 lbs, cardio 3 days, lift 2 days a week. Normal BP 120/70. High RHR due to genetics maybe?

48 (based on a three day average taken upon waking last month).

If I took it later on it would probably be around 60...

About 70-75 right now because I'm coming off a several-month illness and am in awful shape. Normally, it's about sixty.

You lot are all quite fit with these low testing heart rates! Normal adult heart rate is anything from 60-100bpm. Lower heart rates down to 40 are seen in fit active athletes. I am actually reasonably fit but have always had a high rating heart rate of about 110-130bpm. Seen a cardiologist and he wasn't concerned so I've just gotten used to it - scared the hell out of a new gym trainer to see my hr go up to near 200 when running on treadmill!
