Mine is 80, I'm female, 32 years old, 5'3, 114 lbs, cardio 3 days, lift 2 days a week. Normal BP 120/70. High RHR due to genetics maybe?0

48 (based on a three day average taken upon waking last month).
If I took it later on it would probably be around 60...0 -
last time I checked 480
-
Around 60.0

About 70-75 right now because I'm coming off a several-month illness and am in awful shape. Normally, it's about sixty.0

Mine is usually 41 but occasionally 39.0

490

You lot are all quite fit with these low testing heart rates! Normal adult heart rate is anything from 60-100bpm. Lower heart rates down to 40 are seen in fit active athletes. I am actually reasonably fit but have always had a high rating heart rate of about 110-130bpm. Seen a cardiologist and he wasn't concerned so I've just gotten used to it - scared the hell out of a new gym trainer to see my hr go up to near 200 when running on treadmill!

Mines about 80 (I'm 33), normal resting heart rate is 60-100 bpm.... Actually come to think of it, that's not technically my "resting" HR, that's just normal activity. So never mind my # lol0

Mine is in the low 40s but has gotten as low as the 30s when very relaxed. I'm 35, and even when I smoked it was in the 50s. I have low BP as well.0

Today I did a little bit of high peak cardio and it got to 200 usually I don't check my heart rate doing cardio peak so it freaked me out a little lol

Because I'm trying to decide what HR goal I should have lol

If I get you as a patient and I don't know that about you,I would probably break out. Probably your respiratory rate is very low too lol

45 - 50 on waking. If it's around 60, something is up (like foreshadowing of a cold, or one too many beers the night before) LOL.
I'm 53.
Now last fall... Closer to 95 to 110, but I was 68 pounds heavier then too.
I credit running since September and cleaner living.0 -
It's around 53 to 55. I'm a 39 year old male, not particularly fit (and still overweight). Low blood pressure as well, which I've always had0
-
70. Down from 80. When I'm in shape, around 60. (Female--ours are higher.)
Blood pressure anywhere from 115/85 to 90/55.0 -

So many factors involved... Is it reasonable to set this as a goal? How about just a tracking indicator of health?0
