Hi All,

a year ago I weighed 21 stone, I now weigh 14 (ish) stone. I feel in the best health I ever have and am certainly at my fittest!

I am keen to hook up with -
-runners
-cross fitters
-weight trainers
-motivators
-those needing help and motivation

especially those in the UK!!

I am looking for friends to help out and those who can help me take it to the next level!!

Awesome weight loss. Well done! I lost 5 stone a couple of years ago and kept it off. I've recently joined a running club at my gym and when I get chance I enjoy freestyle classes. Always looking for new challenges. Got a 10k coming up. I'm in Yorkshire.
