Newbie with 4st to lose, UK

hey everyone!!! I've just joint up today, have around 4st to lose and determined to do it!

Today is my first step! Joint up here, weighed myself in boots and joined the gym!!

Day 1 so far so good!

    Good luck. Starting is the easy part - keeping going is the test. Stay focused, eat correctly, reward yourself for reaching personal goals, watch the pounds fall off.

    Thank you! I'm trying to stick to this has much as possibly! Day one was a success! Fingers crossed for day 2... Breakfast packed, lunch packed and gym stuff ready to go!
