Hello,

Here from Iowa. I'm about 255, looking to get to 200. I've always been a big guy with a big appetite, I've gone on diets before and have used myfitnesspal in a couple attempts. I'm just so sick of failing at losing weight.

I don't mind working out, it is just finding the time to do so lately. Especially with 2 Kids and going back to college. I used to fight MMA and box. I was in shape but even then at my smallest (still a little gut) was 225 llbs.

I've taken some proactive steps toward living healthier. I've cut my soda consumption way down to maybe 3 bottles or less a week. (Mostly less). Compared to my 2-3 Bottles a day. I am terrible about snacking late night as well

    Good luck Dude, I am sure you can do this, you just need motivation - I am new here, so I am with you on this, I have tried and tried, this time I am going to try harder.

    Have you looked into changing your snacking to either a supplement power or shake it will help lower your calorie intake

    stick with it mate it's not an easy task for anyone but it does get easier. You have already taken step's to cut down on the soda, now take a few more step's and cut out the snacking or find a better alternative snack.

    Everyone goes off track, make sure you start back tomorrow.
