Trouble with like button?

Is anyone else having trouble with the "like" button? Every time I press like it says "Likes are not available at this time" .... so is this normal or what?

    I was having the same problem and also it wasn't allowing me to post comments. They said they're having problems and are fixing them

    I can click in the "likes" but cannot leave a comment. :/
