I'm about a month in and I am wondering what the true benefits are of upgrading to a premium membership are. I would love to hear from actual past/current premium members who utilize the additional tools.

Is it worth it?
What is your favorite premium tool?
How have the additional tools assisted you in your weight loss and maintenance?

    I paid for it because I've used this site for 6 years and it has really helped me. I like the nutritional options.

    I am trying it for one month, mainly to get rid of the ads. I use MFP on my work laptop where I can't install Adblock or similar softwares.
