For me it's definitely breakfast!
I have whole wheat toast, topped with guacamole, chopped boiled egg and then melt cheddar cheese on top.
Honestly morning can't come fast enough these days.

I use 16:8IF as part of my maintenance plan and I usually only eat two meals a day and then one snack. I break my daily fast at around noon with my biggest meal and it usually clocks in at 1,000+ calories. Then in the afternoon I usually have a protein focused snack, and then a lighter supper at around 6pm.
Today- foot long oven roasted chicken sub from Subway, with Greek yogurt and Doritos at 2pm. Skipped snack. Supper was at 7ish-oatmeal with ground flax seed, walnuts, blueberries and brown sugar; a protein bar.0 -

I enjoy any meal, since I don't breakfast specific or lunch specific foods. i enjoy steak, chicken wings, or sushi0 -

I usually put cinnamon, a tsp of honey, a tsp of peanut butter, a splash of almond milk, and some blueberries or strawberries.. sooo good!0

You know, i never used to eat breakfast but since i've been sleeping better, ive been waking up before noon so i usually eat around 8:30... if i can wait that long haha
