Hoping to lose 15 lbs by August

Hello everyone! You can call me allaboutthatfood (: ever since high school, I've gained the unfortunate freshman 15 throughout the years (so does that still count as freshman 15?). I was still semi active in college because I had to walk to all my classes. However, since graduating, I've become more sedentary and don't exercise much.
I was recently fitted for a bridesmaid dress and unfortunately, although I do got into the dress, it kinda looks like fat is overflowing from the top of the dress my goal is to lose the 15 lbs by August and fit into that dress.

Hi. Good luck. That might be a little fast for 15 pounds. You should probably get to the gym. Because toning makes you look better at any size. I'm only down about 4 pounds. But it is noticeable because I've been working out too.0

Ooh thanks for replying! What do you mean by toning? Like what exercises do you do? And I think you're probably gaining some muscle mass too haha0
