Hoping to lose 15 lbs by August

Hello everyone! You can call me allaboutthatfood (: ever since high school, I've gained the unfortunate freshman 15 throughout the years (so does that still count as freshman 15?). I was still semi active in college because I had to walk to all my classes. However, since graduating, I've become more sedentary and don't exercise much.

I was recently fitted for a bridesmaid dress and unfortunately, although I do got into the dress, it kinda looks like fat is overflowing from the top of the dress :( my goal is to lose the 15 lbs by August and fit into that dress.

    Hi. Good luck. That might be a little fast for 15 pounds. You should probably get to the gym. Because toning makes you look better at any size. I'm only down about 4 pounds. But it is noticeable because I've been working out too.

    Ooh thanks for replying! What do you mean by toning? Like what exercises do you do? And I think you're probably gaining some muscle mass too haha
