OK, so this morning I updated my profile and since I've hit a 10lb mark it adjusted my calories down....I was very sad! Don't they understand the principles of behavior and how this makes me not want to lose more weight...JK.

But seriously has anyone ever seen the Monte Python and The Meaning of Life....one of the funniest songs is "Every Sperm is Sacred." This morning after checking in and adjusting my profile this song came to mind....Every calorie is sacred...every calorie is great...if a calorie gets wasted...Shawn get's quite irate"

If you haven't seen the movie or the song look for it on youtube - it is hilarious.

    One of my fave movies and The Galaxy Song is my fave songs in the movie, but you are right, every sperm (calorie) IS sacred.
