Not getting enough calories

Hi all,
I am eating right, and have pretty much been avoiding dairy, although not altogether, and avoiding bread and alcohol. I don't eat meat, but I do eat fish pretty regularly. My calorie goal is 1250 per day, but I am consistently not meeting that. I am not really hungry throughout the day, so it is not a matter of starving myself, but I keep getting the warning message about not getting enough calories, and I'm worried that my body will start storing fat if I don't up my intake. Now I see that I'm supposed to eat back my exercise cals, so that is stressing me out, too (not that I've been burning a ton lately). Can anyone please help with suggestions of what I can eat that will not be bad but will get me to my calorie goals? Not sure if my diary is readable to anyone, or if I have to set it to a certain setting. Please help if you can!

thanks

Nuts are a good source of nutrients especially almonds.

Yep...nuts and nut butters as well as avacado...add good fats to help with the calories.
