I'm so hungry.

I ate my calories goal today and I ate 3 times today and I thought id be ok. But its 9:32pm and I'm starving! !! What should I do. Just go ahead and eat something and what? Or just starve till bed time. :o

    You should probably eat something or have a glass of milk. Being hungry can keep you up and disturb your sleep. Maybe you have too high of a calorie deficit?

    Don't start to steep on your deficit, it's something you're better off easing into. Dropping it gradually by about 200 cals every 1-2 weeks till you reach your desired amount will help with hunger and you'll be more likely to reach your goals. Keep it up!
