Panda Express recommendations

I have only been to Panda Express a few times and it was not when I was counting calories. I just scanned their website and called and they do not cook with MSG and their food looks great and I remember it was good but it has been so long ago, I don't know what I had.
Below are the lower and healthier options. Please tell me out of these dishes below which ones you all have tried and recommend. Thanks in advance for your help.

Kobari Beef

String Bean Chicken Breast is delicious! I like that item and I get it every time. Runner up would be Kobari Beef out of the choices the OP gave.0

One of my friends loves Panda and always takes me there. I started getting steamed veggies instead of rice/chow mein and that has saved me a ton of calories. I get the Panda bowl with steamed veggies and 290 calories, still a ton of sodium though0

I like to get either the Pineapple chicken or the Broccoli Beef, not on your list, but they are my favorites and reasonable in calories. I always get either the steamed veggies or 2 veggie spring rolls0

Well I had the Kobari Beef and they let me taste the string bean chickent breast and Black Pepper chicken too.
I did not know they let you sample the dishes. I had white rice and steamed veggies for side. I love it that the veggies and food was so fresh and absolutely tasty. I like it that I am not guessing at the calories also.
