Hello every one! I'm not exactly new to this, I first logged in about 1-2 years ago when I was about 205lbs! That, I blamed on my first and second baby! lol, don't we all! For me loosing weight isn't as easy as it is to my brothers who can drop a size like it isn't nothing!!! I haven't exactly been thin all my life either, just thick! LOL I started going to the gym a year ago and managed to loose about 35 lbs. But now I seem to be stuck! I'm trying to eat every two hours, no more than 200 cal per meal. Today is my first day! I really need someones encouragement. Any encouragement is good right?

I would say you're a hot mama already, but that wouldn't be good motivation at all. Lol. Keep up the good work, it'll pay off in the end!!!0
