To motivation and supporters:
I am on Atkins, and I am not always on here, I challenge you to do Atkins, you will see results. I have only 25 carbs a day, and I am phase 2. This week challenge is do 30-60 minutes activity minutes and 30 wall pushes/ regular pushups, anyone can join at anytime, next week will be different, please up date each day. Thanks for support please add your weight, if you choose to.

    jun 14 wall pushups and 60+ walking and housework
    jun 15 45 minute walk
    jun 16 8 wall pushups, 8reverse situps, 8 regular squats, 15 minute walk this morning B)
