Hello!

I am new here and I am looking to get fit and fabulous before I turn the big 4-0 at the end of October! I have a plan and I have goals!

Looking for some fitness friends to help motivate me.

I'm in Michigan. Where are you from?!

    Florida here. I turn the big 4-0 in December. Looking to lose 40lbs before then. We can do this. One day at a time.

    Hey there! Yes we can!! I have done it twice before (I lost 45 pounds in 2004 and then 50 pounds in 2011). I too want to lose 40 by my birthday which is October 30th. Totally ready!!!

    42 living in South Carolina, grew up in Iowa and lived in Wisconsin for 5 years. We don't have children and plan for an early retirement, but at my former level of health, what was the point, if I wasn't going to live that long?!?

    im new as well in NC. turn 40 in August. athletic for a big guy but get winded fast. need to get healthier.
