Hello,
In general, did you find your fitbit flex to be worth the $80? have you run into any problems since you bought it? does the band hold up to the wear and tear of everyday life? Would you buy this again?
Thanks! im seriously considering getting a fitness tracker to measure calories and sleep patterns.

I have enjoyed my flex; use it primarily as a step tracker. Wife uses hers to track steps and sleep. Both of us have worn out the wrist bands but I would say they held up well and just wore out because of the extended use. Not sure if I would repurchase but then I'm not sure I would use any other step/fitness tracker either now that I have been wearing one for a year or so......0

I got mine as a gift in February 2015. It's held up well for me. It certainly doesn't seem accurate as far as miles walked, or for that matter even steps taken, but it does show a pattern of activity. . . . Monday 15K steps . . Active day, vs 8k step . . . . Slow day. If I were to look at it again, I'd look at an upgrade to one that included a watch, so I wouldn't have to wear two things at once. . . . . Sinks well with MFP, and I'm an android user . . . Works well there also.0

I got mine as a Christmas present and I love it! I wear it everyday and even working outside and in the shower and it has held up beautifully so far. If you are just beginning a fitness program, like me, it is very motivating to get you moving. I love mine and would definitely buy it again.0

I lost the weight and maintained for a year with a Fitbit Flex, so it was worth the money for me. But you still have to log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly.
Fitbit customer service is amazing, and they promptly replaced my Flex when it broke. I eventually upgraded to the Charge HR because it has a heart rate monitor and a real buckle (Flex just has a clasp). And because it comes in purple.
