I started this journey 5 months ago. I just woke up one morning and decided that I was finally ready to change myself for my family so I can be there to watch my 2 kids grow up.

It wasn't easy in the beginning but now I think I got the hang of eating right and portion control. I exercise 5-7 days a week now and plan on running my first ever 5K next month. I still have a ways to go before I hit my final goal but I believe I am on the right track now.
