Bad News from Doctor :(

So my last visit to the Doctor had all sorts of bad news. Blood pressure a bit high, blood sugar a bit high, cholesterol out of whack and I am overweight. . .

that was three weeks ago. I started exercising, watching my calories and nutrition using My Fitness Pal, and meditating daily. NOW:

Blood pressure normal
Down 8 pounds
Will be checking blood again in a few weeks. I am hoping there are big improvements in cholesterol and sugar.
