If it was exciting, Wouldn't someone tell you about it? What do you think would cure the tosses and turns in bed?

Do you think having someone tell you about something exciting happening is the same as experiencing it yourself? Have you tried melatonin?

Would you believe you can get melatonin over the counter at your local store in with all the vitamin supplements and that it is a natural hormone that our bodies produce?? Oh and that the recommended dose is 10 mg and it's not habit forming...how awesome is that???

Good dreams? I love my dreams and do you realize that you've given me the motivation needed to go to sleep now?

Your body is suppose to produce melatonin nautualy. But night lights/any light can have your body make less of it. Meaning u cant sleep I guess? Do u sleep with a night light or watch tv before bed?
