    Running will only get you so far. I hate to say it, but it's true. And this is coming from a self-admitted cardio queen. (king?) So keep up the running, cause it's also a stress relief, but ensure that you focus on the nutrition and CICO as well.

    Running is in addition to my diet, detoxing, cardio, and weight lifting!
