We have a bucket in the refrigerator! Any healthy recipes other than smoothies?

How do you freeze them? Just put in a freezer or there's a special way to do it?

I just take the stalk/leaves off, half/quarter them and put them in a zip lock bag. They aren't any good for presentation when you defrost them, they're kind of mushy, but perfect for smoothies, "sorbet" or if you like eating them frozen (like me!)

We had 10 pounds a month ago. We did a lot of jam, lol.

I love strawberry shortcake, icebox strawberry cake, mixed in Greek yogurt, or just dipped in Yoplait Greek whips.

I just quarter them and leave them in a bowl on the table on days when I'm home...they are a great "grazing" snack and keep me away from other things!

I would never have this problem, because I'd eat them ALL!
