My name is Shannara, I am 23 and live in Canada. I've lost 59lbs and have 11lbs to go. I'm not going to quit using mfp when I reach my goal, I plan on using it to maintain and maybe in the future try to build more muscle mass.
I would prefer female friends with open diaries. Nothing against men on their journeys but I need some similar goals and food ideas to fit these goals. Men, generally and in my experience, get way more calories than us ladies.0 -
