Any good snacks?

I eat when I'm bored, I try to keep a modified paleo IIFYM diet but I enjoy snacking. What are some good healthy snacks to eat at night, mid afternoon, or after a work out?

    Meal timing is largely irrelevant.... Eat what you like when you like, to fit your goals

    My go to snacks are homemade granola bars, unsalted almonds, unsalted sunflower seeds, unsalted cashews, unsalted pistachios, fruit, laughing cow cheese wedge and 16 wheat thins, celery or baby carrots and otria greek yogurt dip, celery and peanut or almond butter, greek yogurt and fruit.
