SOS - In need of motivation

I felt great this morning just got back to the gym after 3 weeks off (medical). It got me into a lazy mode and I feel so lazy and tired right now. The gloomy weather doesnt help :/

    Glad to hear that the gym perked you up. Plan to go back 2 more times this week and I bet it will get your endorphins going and bring back your energy!

    Going to the gym after 3 weeks off is a huge accomplishment! Don't feel discouraged because you are tired, you did something good for your body! Now it just has to take some time to rest!

    wow, I remember when I was off for just one week, it was a struggle to get back. Give it a few more times and you'll be back in the swing of things. You will be so proud of yourself when you are back in the zone.

    That was yesterday. I wanted to go again today but feel extra tired and sore.
