I'm currently around 138 was 155 I want to be around 120-125. Also I'm 5'3, I just wanna feel healthy and look good doing it :) it

    Hi i am also 5 ft 3 wanting to lose 8 stone my goal is 1 stone a time and since i have been trying to lose weight this year 3 weeks ago i am 10lbs down good luck on your new life style
