For dinner I mainly eat chicken breast and steamed vegetables and salad. Are there any other good healthy side dishes? Maybe even ones with protein in them?

I love making pease pudding as a side. Great protein base and tastes great. Just pre soak some yellow split peas overnight in water. Drain them of and then boil for 25 minutes in ham stock. Tastes amazing!0

I made baked zucchini fries last night which came out good. I got the recipe off allrecipies. Heat oven to 425. Cut zucchini into fries sized strips. Cover with beaten egg. Roll in mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray and bake for 20 minutes.0

Coleslaw made with Greek yoghurt, baked butter beans in tomato sauce topped with feta ("gigantes plaki", it's a Greek dish), tzatziki or hummus with veggies to dip, roasted asparagus, grilled sweetcorn.0
