Your math is wrong.
To lose 1 kg per week, you need to create a calorie deficit of 1,100 cal/day, not 6,500. That means if you eat 2,000 calories per day, you need to burn 3,100 as an example.
Whether that's possible or not depends on your current weight/height and activity level.0 -
6,500? Per day? That doesn't sound right for just a bit over 2lbs/week.0

You'd need to lose 6500 cal per week, not per day. Which equates to a 900-1000 calorie deficit per day.
This is doable but not advisable unless you have a lot of weight to lose. Why the rush?
A 500 calorie deficit per day is suitable for most, which is achievable by decreasing food intake, increasing exercise, or a combination of the both.0 -
Thx for all ... I really appreciate it so much ... I will use your advice0

You on'y have 30lbs to lose.
Weight loss isn't linear and 6500 calorie deficit per day is 1. wrong 2. not possible0 -
As everyone said, the math is wrong.
Secondly, could you burn 6,500 calories a day? Possibly, Michael Phelps is always mentioned as going through 12,000 calories a day. Could you actually do 6,500 calories as a deficit for more than a few days? Probably not without going into some kind of shock or rhabdomyolysis, which might lose even more weight than you plan because muscles yield less calories than fat, but I'm guessing it isn't what you're aiming for.0 -

The only way you could be at a deficit of 6,500 calories per day is if you burn off 6,500 plus whatever you need to maintain, and don't eat back any of the calories. Or if you burned 6,500 minus whatever you need to maintain and didn't eat anything at all.
Either way, completely unsafe and I would not recommend at all! Slow and steady wins the race, and keeps it off!0 -
The only way to achieve that would be through dying.0
