CHALLENGE FOR JUNE 2015 -- SAY "NO" TO LATE NIGHT SNACKING

I'll try this too, great idea! Anyone have some strategies for staying motivated at night? At almost any point after 8pm I find myself susceptible to a case of the "*kitten* its" and in a split second will give up on the calorie counting for some wine/beer/chips/anything else that destroys a good day of healthy eating. During the day I feel good and motivated but when the sun goes down something happens...Anyone else? Any way around it?
It helps me if I have a later dinner, I'm less incline to start snacking.

This sounds like a good idea. Its certainly my struggle (plus weekend big family dinners) as i grew up allways having bedtime snacks as part of the family ritual..
Do you find that this makes you think twice before you snack.0 -

Even with our Blackhawks winning the Stanley cup last night (YooHoo!), I managed to have fun, celebrate, and not go over my calories!0 -

I definitely have a problem with late night snacking. I work 2pm-10pm, and do not receive a break. I'm aloud to eat on the clock if I have a free minute. Summer is our peak season, and sometimes it's so busy that I do not get a chance to eat at all durning my shift. I find myself starving and wanting to binge after work. I absolutely need to break this horrible cycle.0

I dropped another 3 pounds this week and this challenge definitely has a lot to do with it. I'm now down 95!0 -

Wouldn't late night eating be different for someone who works 2d shift?0 -
Late to the party but am in for rest of the month. This is one of the lifestyle changes I need to make.0
