    I just sent you a request. I'm finding that having a supportive community to hold me accountable helps me avoid extra snacking, which is a huge challenge for me. Love the positive energy!

    Thanks for the add! I am all about motivation and support! :) I agree on the accountability to help avoid snacking! It is a big challenge for me as well. I have a major sweet tooth!

    I do:) I feel guilty today for having a smore with my daughter:( other then that I eat healthy and workout 60 minutes a day for 6 days a week. Ugh this feeling sucks.

    I need support badly! I have just had a baby 4 months ago and I am 5 kgs away from my pre pregnancy weight but I've had a rough last couple weeks I've moved out of home and split with my partner. I would really like some motivation and support. Thank you.

    I definitely could use some support. I feel like I'm always having to start over. I do great, lose track, gain back pounds, and repeat. Endless battle sometimes. But this is it. This is (hopefully) the last time I'm starting over! I'm so ready to have a healthier lifestyle.

    I sure need it. My husband has recently joined and has been good support in some ways but discouraging in others specially when mother nature plays it's tricks and makes it so my weight is static for a couple of weeks even though I'm consistently staying within my calorie limits. I have PCOS and have recently started taking metformin and since then I've been PMSing badly, water works, intense cravings, etc... I need some uterus wielding friends for support!

    For me I'm always looking for better recipes, exercises, and just general motivation. I'm great all day but in the evenings I always crave the binge. I've been good at resisting but this site helps me keep in mind that I'm on a journey. I'm not ready to stop yet, so if I don't want to stop or go backwards the only option is to keep moving forward.

    Okay so I have been taking part in a boot camp for the last 7 weeks (1 week to go), 3x/week. I have picked up 2 extra classes/week for these last 2 weeks and it will be over next Friday. I am feeling so much stronger, lost some weight and inches (I won't know a total until next Friday) and have been generally feeling pretty good about myself, until I caught a glimpse of my reflection in a window and was instantly disappointed. It's hard to explain...I felt so much better than I looked and then felt that I hadn't yet earned to feel that good about myself. I know that this is ridiculous, but I couldn't stop that feeling. Hoping with time, these thoughts will pass?!
