Good Afternoon!! I track my running in Kilometers but this site uses Miles. Suggstions?

    Convert your run . 1.6 kilometers = 1 mile

    1 mile = 1.609344 kilometers

    Convert the kms to miles.
    1.609 kms in a mile

    Google has an easy search option. Just put in x amount of kilometers equals how many miles and it does the conversion for you

    Make a new cardio exercise, entering in your kph values and calories burned/rate. Then you'll only have to enter your pace once.

    divide your km by 1.65 and you'll get actual miles.

    example: us crazy canucks drive 100km on the highway but we are really only going 60 mph!

    1 km = 0.62 miles
    1.61 kms = 1 mile

    Oooh nvm. There is an option in your main "Settings" function of the page (next to the "logout" button) to switch to metric measurements.
