Is there a certain workout you just love but usually hear people say they hate?
I LOVE planks but everyone else I know just hate them with a passion.

I always get surpised when people say they hate the gym.
I love lifting. No matter what it is, I enjoy working out as long as it involves weights.0 -
I am *INLUV* with the elliptical. I hear people screaming (or whispering) profanities to my dear friend all the time...
Thats ok.. I love it enough to make up for all the mean people.

I love 1 legged squats and lunges. Everyone else seems to hate them. I just love the fact that I can feel almost every muscle in my legs and butt working!0 -

I detested exercise until a few months ago, now I love it!! I love the gym, the elliptical, planks, lifting heavy weights and the burn you get. I love it all.....I'm addicted! :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:0

I go to bootcamp a few times a week and LOVE doing the Wall Sits! Everyone else in my class hates them but they're one of my favorite moves!0

Push-ups! I'm really not even all that good at them but I like seeing how much lower I can get when I keep up at it and I love how I can totally feel it!0
