I'm a cheese lover. How much cheese i have to eat per day for diet?

    You can eat anything you like for weight loss as long as you eat at a calorie deficit. There is no set amount but for health reasons I'd add a few veggies to your day :wink:

    What diet? The Cheese Diet? If you're just trying to lose weight by controlling calories, I you can eat a lot of cheese as long as your calories in don't exceed your budget.

    I love cheese as well, but I don't eat near as much as I used to since watching my calories.

    I love cheese, and as @7lenny7 said, I don't eat as much now that I watch my calories... I probably fit a slice of cheese in daily, when possible, but I always make sure I have room in my deficit... :) Enjoy it, eat as much as can fit into your daily calories!

    Also, cheeses have various calorie amounts. Lower calorie cheeses include swiss, feta, mozzarella and parmesan. So, always check the label -- not just for calories, but for serving size.

    I easily fit in cheese. I just weigh it out. Enjoy your cheese! :)

    I eat it when it fits in my calorie allotment.

    I currently have a smoked gouda and smoked butterkase in my fridge as well as string cheese.
    I have a smoked cheese problem

    I could be the patron of a dairy combine, I love milk and cheese that much.

    And now - when I have room for it in my macros, I have an ounce of brie and *really* enjoy it. The single serve (1 oz.) cream cheese packets are a lifeline for me. 70 calories, and spread on a graham cracker, it's like the memory of a bite of cheesecake. It's not the same, and doesn't replace the bite of cheesecake, but at 200 calories for 2 graham crackers with cream cheese, it's a nice treat.

    And the "Knowledge is Power" data point for those who care: a slice of cheesecake at Cheesecake factory is 750-1330 calories.

    I eat a mozzarella stick every day, eat pizza every week, enjoy 2-3oz of cheese for breakfasts sometimes. All within my macros and calorie goals. :-D

    You could eat nothing but cheese and lose weight as long as you eat at a deficit. Not sure if I'd recommend it though for...um...reasons, lol.

    I actually eat more cheese now than I did when I was heavier.

    There is nothing wrong with cheese.

    Also a cheese lover, here! I do my best to fit it in my calories. I always, always, always weigh my cheese on the scale. The cals add up fast if you don't watch it.

    I have at least one thirty gram portion daily. I buy low-fat aged cheddar in a big block and I pre-cut, package, and freeze it.

    I love cheese. What I do to keep from eating too much is get really good, flavorful cheeses so that I only need to use a little bit. I do the same thing with ice cream.

    @idolon , I do something similar. I went to the deli section and bought a very good, very dry cheese similar to parmesan. I grate it fine in recipes that call for cheese; probably 1/8 to 1/4 the amount asked for. The rich flavour comes bursting through without all the extra calories.

    I eat 1200 calories per day and cheese is a huge part of that, I eat 2/3 oz - 1 oz for lunch almost everyday and 1 &1/3oz for dinner. Then often I add a string cheese as a snack. I eat Dubliner for lunch and mozzarella or jack for dinner. On weekends I might change it up
