hi I started mfp nearly 2 months ago and have lost 9lb, but am struggling now, would love to hear from people who got to this stage but carried on, (to give me tips) ideally I want to lose another 10lb

    There's a lot of good tips on the forums, don't forget that as the weight comes off, your basic calorie burn will drop so you either need to increase exercise (to burn more calories) or cut calories further.
    Also double check that everything you consume is still being weighed and logged accurately.
    It's basically all about managing that calorie deficit, I have a lot more to lose than you so it's easy at the moment but I'm very aware that I will need to slow down and manage calories very carefully as time goes by.

    Thank you for your advice, I know I have to cut calories down but really don't want to yet I'm so worried I will fail with less calories
