myfitnesspal was such a big help for me in the past and now time to get back to it! I just had twins, two boys, and does anyone know how many calories to add if your breastfeeding for two? There's that and I could use some friends to help keep me going. Between working and two new babies my diet has been whatever is fastest available. Not good!

I know that breastfeeding for one requires an extra 300-500 calories. Twins? I don't know!0

I just read a tip that you can add breastfeeding through the foods. So takes off the calories.
I have always been told by many sources that exclusive breastfeeding is 500 calories and when combining with solids (6 months) then 300 calories. I believe that the food sector has breastfeeding for twins too xx0 -
Thank you @healthychops222 !!0
