Caffeine naps before working out

I'm on 4 hours of sleep for the third day in a row. That's three days with no exercise. So I want to get something in.

I also want to sleep. Badly. I heard about coffee naps, but doubt I could wake myself up. Anyone try this?

    Sounds to me like your body needs rest more than exercise at the moment.

    I second sleeping and catching up on rest over exercising. Also, I'd prefer a nap and then getting a coffee over this; seems complicated to try to fall asleep/wake up before the caffeine kicks in. Seems like an interesting concept, though!
