Insomnia

Hey guys! Well, I'm gonna start off telling you all a little about me. I'm Claire. Fitness Junkie. I go to the gym twice a day and I have since last March. Alright... Now here's my prob. Since I got out of school, I haven't been able to sleep... Like hardly at all. I've always been the one to sleep 4+ hours after school and it's so weird because now, I can go all day without taking a nap. I wake up usually around 8 ish and I work all day, go to the gym twice a day, and babysit. I seriously can't fall asleep to save my life. Lately, I've been lucky if I get 3 hours of sleep the most. What do I do? I take cellucor supplements and I'm aware that could be the prob, but I've been taking them since March, so it shouldn't matter and I should be used to it by now. Any suggestions? How do you guys fight off insomnia? Your feedback is appreciated and feel free to add me! Always looking for fellow motivators/people to motivate! :)

    Warm milk teaspoon of turmeric, pinch of black pepper and a teaspoon of honey. Chamomile tea with honey or a few grapes in a cup of plain yogurt. These are a few things that have helped me fall asleep. Also, less cardio and more strength training has left me exhausted.
