You can't spot reduce, and it's highly difficult to lose weight via exercise if you don't know how much you're eating

There is no exercise to burn fat. Exercise burns calories. If you exercise your rear off and eat to much calories then you are making no progress. The point everyone is trying to make for you is that the way you eat is 5 bazillion times more important then any exercise you do. Exercise is important but only after you understand the idea of what you eat being sooooooooooo much more important.

The exercise you enjoy the most!

Any sport or activity that you will do consistently week after week is the best one. My preference is mountain biking.

I think you're missing the point. If you maintain a reasonable calorie deficit, you will burn fat. You cannot spot reduce, so by losing overall fat, you'll also lose fat from your stomach (although maybe not exactly in the ratio you desire). Exercise can burn more calories, but if you use that as a way to create an even larger calorie deficit, you risk metabolic damage, making it even harder to lose fat (and more likely you'll burn more muscle instead). So, for fat loss, focus on a moderate (500 calorie) calorie deficit.

So in summary, the best exercise for fat loss, is the exercise of logging your food and drink calories.

Cycling is the fastest exercise with speeds in excess of 20mph. If you're looking for the one that will give you the fastest results, it doesn't matter. You should be looking to lose one to two pounds per week. Any exercise, combined with a restricted diet will do that.

Fastest - starvation plus prolonged and excessive exercise (please don't!).
Best - an appropriate and sustainable calorie deficit.

Exercise is for health/fitness/strength/preservation of muscle mass & enjoyment.

Do read the stickies in the Getting Started forum.

No amount of exercise helped me until I learned portion control and moderation with my eating... also, getting a good idea of the calories your body needs to maintain/gain/lose weight and eating at that specific goal.

OK so first I finds me a witch right?

    Then I burns her

And in her dying breath she curses me with thinness

Pretty sure that's a Stephen King novel
