Hi guys! I exercise up to 5 times a week and eat 1200-1500cals a day. I haven't lost any weight in FOREVER! I started my journey early this year at 75kgs and i have only lost 7kgs. I need help. I searched up reasons why this is occurring and it is all cliche a d not useful.
Thanks so much!
Ash

Do you weigh what you log? Do you log absolutely everything, everything?! Are you overestimating how many calories you burn when exercising? Are you a lazy workout type person or do you actually push yourself? Open your food log so others can see it, no one can really give you any advice without seeing your food log.0

Hey @awesomejdad, is mine open? I was tweaking the settings earlier and I'mnot sure it unlocked.0

How are you measuring the food you are eating
do you weigh it
how do you choose which food to use from the MFP database?
How are you valuing the calorie burn on your exercise
I would bet that you have logging issues that you just aren't aware of
Please answer the questions and open your diary and we can help

It would help to know your height and current weight. Sometimes people that don't have alot to lose have slower going.0
