Reading so much conflicting info on this, it's driving me mad trying to workout the best routine. Currently do

Cardio x3 on Mon/Wed/Thur
Strength x3 on Mon/Wed/Sat
Flexibility x2 on Thurs/Sat

read all sorts about doing more cardio, less strenght and flexibility, plus also read the complete opposite too. Plus what's considered as too much and not enough varies so so much. I just want a plan I can stick to, that's safe, and I im not going to keep questioning.

If your schedule works for you, you anticipate that you will be able to keep up with it for the long term, and you are seeing progress towards your goals, there is nothing wrong with it.

We can sometimes get so much information that conflicts that we get overwhelmed with trying to figure out what will work or not work for us.

Just be sure to do what you enjoy doing and that will help to ensure you keep doing it.

I would lean towards doing more strength and less cardio. Lifting weights is the best way to change your body composition. Cardio is good, but depending on how you do it, it can be not very effective. I have always had weight training as the center of my exercise regime, and I've made great progress (even as I was losing 64 lbs).
