I don't think I will ever be able to fully give up animal products but I am trying to eat at least 80% plant based foods on a daily basis.0

i lost my first 10 pounds using MFP, i just came back on this new account and before i did, i incorporated a vegan diet 5 days out of the week, broke my plateau and lost another 5 pounds without counting calories. i plan on going full vegan in the future, but so far this is the best ive felt in my life.0

I've had an on/ off relationship with veganism, my biggest issues are my binges though that tend to be non-vegan. So I'm trying to cut down on the labeling right now and am mostly plantbased right now, working my way up to full plant based eating and maybe veganism one day0 -
