Fantastic effort - well done. I put on 3st during pregnancy and lost it over the course of 2 years. I have since maintained for about 4 years (with a few lb fluctuations here and there). The secret - discipline and thinking of it as a long game - if you have a treat every now and then make it just that - ie not every day, have an exercise routine that fits and mix it up often to keep your body working.0

Congratulations!!!! Great job! I've been in maint for a year now and I found that setting new fitness and nutrition goals is the key to keeping the weight off. We've already programmed urself to be successful, keep those healthy habits while making adjustments as u see fit.
For example I struggled with increasing my calories to maintenance.0 -
