Tom Venuto's book titled, "Burn the fat, Feed the Muscle" is fantastic. It's a four-prong approach using mental training, nutritional training, cardio training, and strength training. It's fantastic and highly recommended. Why reinvent the wheel when you can learn from a bodybuilders and physique training models how to get it right. Eating 'clean' 90% and working out hard has allowed me to lose about a pound a week. It's perfect. It really works. The changes bring results.
