I need help logging my p90x workout in! Any suggestions?

    I tried that and it gave me the calories but how do I add them?

    you can create your own exercises, or just alter the calories burned by something like "calisthenics vigorous effort" that's what we've logged p90x and p90x3 as

    @rhonda6869 - you wouldn't happen to have a heart rate monitor, would you? I found the best way to log my p90x workouts was logging them in as cardio but customize the name (i.e. p90x chest/back), log in your time and enter in your calorie burn that you get from your watch.

    Using an HRM for P90X is not a good idea. It'll give exaggerated burns as HRMs are supposed to be used for steady state cardio. Not things like strength training, yoga, circuit training, aerobics, etc.
